In 2008, there were over 750,000 teen pregnancies in the United States and I was one of those numbers. I thought I had the perfect boyfriend who did everything I wanted and the fact that he loved me for me made me fall in love with him even more. We were the happiest couple until I got pregnant. He was completely happy with me having his child until he started listening to his friends. So there I was 16 years old with a baby growing inside alone with no one to confide in not even my mother.
